Free Plan
Our Free plan is available at no cost and includes:
- 1 website
- 1,000 consent logs per month
- CookieSeal branding on banner
- Basic analytics
Since the Free plan costs nothing, no refunds are applicable. You may cancel or delete your account at any time.
Pro Plan (₹999/month)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro plan subscribers. If you're not satisfied with CookieSeal, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription.
Conditions
- Request must be made within 7 calendar days of first payment
- Applies only to your first Pro subscription (not renewals)
- Account must not have exceeded plan limits or violated our Terms of Service
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
After 7 Days
Pro plan subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You may cancel anytime to prevent future billing, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
Business Plan (₹2,499/month)
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Business plan subscribers. Given the higher investment, we provide extra time to evaluate our enterprise features.
Conditions
- Request must be made within 14 calendar days of first payment
- Applies only to your first Business subscription (not renewals)
- Account must not have exceeded plan limits or violated our Terms of Service
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Any setup assistance or priority support received will be documented
After 14 Days
Business plan subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day window. You may cancel anytime, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period.
How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your CookieSeal account email address
- Reason for the refund request
- Any specific issues you encountered
Step 2: Account Review
We'll review your account to verify eligibility and may reach out with questions or offer alternative solutions.
Step 3: Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Exceptions and Special Cases
Service Interruptions
If CookieSeal experiences significant downtime or service interruptions that materially impact your usage, we may provide prorated refunds or service credits at our discretion.
Billing Errors
If you're charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we'll provide a full refund regardless of timing.
Account Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended. We encourage reaching out directly to resolve any billing concerns.
Subscription Management
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard
- Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period
- No partial month refunds for cancellations
- Your account will downgrade to the Free plan after cancellation
Downgrades
- Downgrading mid-month does not trigger a refund
- The lower plan takes effect at your next billing cycle
- Your data remains accessible subject to the new plan's limits
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
- Credit/debit card refunds: 5-10 business days
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days
- Digital wallets: 1-3 business days
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Registered users will be notified of material changes via email.
Changes to the refund policy do not affect subscriptions purchased before the change.
