If you're not satisfied with CookieSeal within 7 days of your first paid subscription, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is free forever and does not involve any charges or refunds.

2. Paid Plans — 7-Day Guarantee

New paid subscribers (Pro or Business) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. To request a refund: email [email protected] with your account email and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

After the 7-day guarantee period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. Cancellations

Cancel anytime from your Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation before deletion.

5. Exceptions

We may refuse refunds in cases of: abuse of the money-back guarantee (multiple refund requests); violation of our Terms of Service; evidence of fraudulent activity.

6. Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund. Please contact us first at [email protected].
